Our DevPost Submission

“SBUHacks is a 48 hour hackathon with endless creativity. Students are challenged to further what they know by creating projects following their passions. Spending time on projects outside the classroom is the best way to not only learn what you love, but also find new interests. In a universe of infinite possibilities, you have 48 hours to innovate and show us what you got!”

Our game

Potion Master is a memorization game where you play as the shop keeper behind a cart set in the medieval era. Customers approach you with an issue, and it’s your job to sell them the right potion. Go quickly! Customers get impatient and a timer counts down to your doom.

My role

I was the backend programmer of the project, meaning programmed the logic and majority of the game mechanics. My other two members focused on the front-end aspect, writing dialogue, and coming up with different types of potions.

Our placement

We won Best Game award.
